Club History

The club began modestly in 1988. A small group of local riders enjoyed riding together in the mountains in and near Evergreen. A ride called the Rocky Mountain Century was mapped, which over time had as many as 300 riders covering 100km on their mtn bikes in and around Breckenridge. A few summers later the idea of riding from Evergreen to Vail in one day was hatched. A great route along frontage roads, over three mountain passes, all the way to Vail has become the Triple By-pass as we know it today.
