Registration & Packet Pickup

2010 ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

Registration began January 13, 2010 at noon MST on www.active.com and ended when the 3,500 rider cap was reached approximately 1 hour later.  No mail in registrations will be accepted. Registration for the 2011 event will open in January (exact date and time TBD). There is NO Waiting List.

REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

All registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.  Team Evergreen will not be liable should any unforeseen issues arise on ride day such as weather or road closures.

RIDER CAP

The Triple Bypass is limited to 3,500 participants. As there is no lottery selection for the Triple Bypass, entry is based on the first 3,500 registrations signed up on www.active.com.

JERSEY AND WRISTBAND DELIVERY: 

You will pick up your jersey and wristband with your ride packet at the location you selected when you registered (see packet pickup locations below). Your wristband and matching helmet number are your access passes to the course; you won't be permitted on the course without them. You MUST pick up your packet on or before July 9. If you ordered extra merchandise above and beyond the jersey (such as jackets, vests, arm warmers, etc.) that merchandise will be shipped directly to your house the week of July 1 - those items will NOT be included with your rider packet.

RIDER PACKET PICK-UP LOCATIONS: 

Packets will be available at these locations through July 9. The Start Line packet pick-up at Bergen Park is only available ride day, July 10 from 5:00 – 7:30 am.  If you selected to have your packet mailed to you during the registration process, it will be mailed to you the week of June 14. 

You MUST pickup your packet from the pickup location you selected during registration on or before close of business on Friday July 9, 2010. Packets at Bergen Park on Saturday, July 10 are only for those who selected "start line pickup." If you forget to pick up your packet prior to ride you will not be permitted on the course.
