Q: Do I need my membership ID number to register for the Triple Bypass?
A: No, you do not membership ID number to register for the Triple Bypass and get the discounted member's price. We will identify you by your name and city.
Q: Am I a current Team Evergreen member?
A: You can find your membership information on the Team Evergreen website. Login access to the Team Evergreen website is a new feature -- it allows you to update your contact information, find your membership ID number, check the status of your membership, and renew if necessary.
You will need to create a login account to the site. Please register with the email you provided when you registered for membership. This would be the email which receives Bike Beat ride alert email notifications. You can register here:

Q: I logged into the Team Evergreen website, but I don't see my membership information.
A: You can view the membership information we have associated with your email address by clicking on the "View Contact Dashboard" link in your account once you have logged into the site. If you have no membership information under "View Contact Dashboard" you may have registered with the wrong email address. Please create your website account with the email you provided when you registered for membership.
Q: I need to renew my membership or join Team Evergreen, can I still do that?
A: No, unfortunately Team Evergreen membership registration closed on January 5th, 2010 to allow us time to prepare for the Triple Bypass registration. New and renewing membership will not be an option on this year's Triple Bypass registration.
Q: Will I receive renewal emails that remind me when I need to renew my Team Evergreen membership?
A: Yes, we send out regular email reminders for membership renewals. If your membership has expired and you have not seen a renewal message please check your SPAM or junk mail folder and add "membership@teamevergreen.org" and "info@teamevergreen.org" to your address book to help ensure delivery of our email messages and reminders to your inbox.
Q: My name is not on the Triple Bypass registration members list. What should I do?
A: The Team Evergreen member list on the Triple Bypass registration is the most recent information as of January 5th, 2010. If your name is not on the list you should register for the Triple Bypass as a non-member.
